Is there a way to open 'copied links' shared publicly without the link opening the same board multiple times?

In order to make it easy and quick for a colleague, outside my organisation, to go straight to certain items on a board, I share the copied links. However, when they click on the next link, the whole board opens up again, meaning multiple browser tabs open of the same board. Of course as the board has many images and content on there it can take a few moments to all load in.Is there a better way of doing this, or a way so that the links can locate the item in a board already opened?Many thanks!

[Make + Miro API] 404 “This board is no longer shared” when creating frames or shapes

Hi everyone,I’m banging my head on this one and hope someone has already solved it. What I’m trying to doUse Make (ex-Integromat) to create new frames on an existing Miro board with a “Make an API call” module. What actually happensEvery time I hitPOST /v2/boards/uXjVIlv5xlQ=/frames with a minimal body 👇{ "data": { "title": "Pourquoi ça fonctionne ici" }, "geometry": { "height": 500, "width": 1000 }, "position": { "x": 100, "y": 100 }} I get a 404 plus an HTML page that says:This board is no longer shared, or has been removed Why that makes zero sense 🤔 Same board ID, same connection: I’m able to get List of Board with the name and the ID and it shows the right one ✅ If I copy-paste the exact cURL (token + JSON) into the API Explorer on developers.miro.com, the frame is created instantly. Only Make’s “API call” module returns the 404. Do I need to add the API somewhere else ? Even if I’m connected to the API within Make Connection? Things I’ve tried (

Miro Charged Me After Free Trial Without Using It – Need Help to Cancel and Refund

3 weeks ago I tried the free trial of Miro using a debit card. But then today a bill appeared on my bank account. When I wanted to cancel, I was charged, even though I didn't use the account. I want to cancel because I don't need it anymore and don't want to use it. How do I cancel without being charged? I can't afford it

Embedded YouTube videos are not playing

Hello,Recently, YouTube videos have stopped working properly on Miro. When I click on a video, nothing happens — it doesn’t respond at all, as if it were just an image. The only way to play the video now is by opening it in Focus Mode. However, this creates other problems, as my students can no longer see the text and tasks for the video while watching it. They have to open the video in a new tab and watch it on YouTube while doing the task on Miro.I’ve noticed that this issue only affects newly added videos. The videos I uploaded before last week still work fine. Is this a bug or something could be done to remedy the situation?Also, I can no longer cut videos, as the trimming option seems to be missing. Has this feature been removed?Thank you for your help.

'review order' always greyed out no matter what card info I put in

I’m trying to upgrade my plan but after putting in my credit card the ‘review order’ part is still greyed out and I can’t click it. I’ve tried multiple working credit cards.

Some pages of PDF missing when extracted

Extracting PDFs had been smooth and fast, despite having more than 50 pages to extract, sometimes more than a hundred, until today. I tried extracting PDFs today, but the extractions had been very slow and some pages are missing. Sometimes it shows an error, forgot the exact text, but it has something to do with the type (document), if I remember it right.I never encountered this error in the past. What could be the cause of the error and the slow extraction, and how can it be solved? I need to do this thing multiple times in a day on a daily basis for my work.

drag and drop excel files

hi there, ive been using a board to share excel files for quite some time. They used to load as a snap shot of the sheet, and you could click on the icon and download the file. Just what i was after. Now when i drag and drop a excel file into the board, it shares its as a editable table, which I'm not after. Can someone advise how to get back to the simple file that can be clicked on to download please as the editable table isn't what I'm after

Adding story points to a jira task card - not working

I have both tasks and story issue types in my team’s Jira. I’m looking to make use of the Estimation feature, but I am unable to add story points to issues that are type = task. I can add them manually to tasks in Jira, but this is highly inefficient! Is this a bug ?

Can't reopen the closed tab in Mind map template?

Hi I think this is a system error of some kind but I tried everything to fix this:So I use the mind map template and making a diagram, but if I close/fold the tabs? Need help! Can't play embedded file

I can’t play the videos and audio files embedded from Drive. I was able to do this before, but the problem started around 3–4 days ago. I’ve seen others running into a similar issue too. So I’m wondering — is there actually someone who listens and can be helpful with this kind of problem?
